Godiva Chocolate Martini |
1 1/2 shots Godiva chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 shots creme de cacao
1/2 shot vodka
2 1/2 shots half-and-half |
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and pour into a chilled
cocktail glass. |

Irish Car Bomb |
3/4 pint Guinness stout
1/2 shot Bailey's Irish cream
1/2 shot Jameson Irish whiskey |
Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the
bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and
let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink
it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse. |

Italian Apple Martini |
3/4 oz Amaretto Di Saronno liqueur
1 1/2 oz DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
3/4 oz Stoli Vanil vodka
1 splash Rose's lime juice
1 splash cranberry juice |
Pour all into iced shaker tin, shake until tin is cold to the touch and strain
into martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel, and serve. |

Jager Bomb |
1/2 can Red Bull energy drink
1 - 2 oz Jagermeister herbal liqueur |
Pour red bull into a medium sized glass. Add a shot glass of jagermeister, and
chug. |

Long Island Iced Tea |
1 part vodka
1 part tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola |
Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one
brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at
the top. Garnish with lemon. |

Manhattan Cocktail |
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
2 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 maraschino cherry
1 twist orange peel |
Combine the vermouth, bourbon whiskey, and bitters with 2 - 3 ice cubes in a
mixing glass. Stir gently, don't bruise the spirits and cloud the drink. Place
the cherry in a chilled cocktail glass and strain the whiskey mixture over the
cherry. Rub the cut edge of the orange peel over the rim of the glass and twist
it over the drink to release the oils but don't drop it in. |

Margarita Cocktail |
1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 ozpremium triple sec (preferably Cointreau)
1 oz lime juice |
Rum the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice, and dip in salt. Shake all
ingredients with ice, strain into the glass, and serve |

Midori Sour |
1 oz Midori melon liqueur
1 oz whisky sour mix
2 oz Sprite soda
2 cherries |
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the midori, sour mix and sprite, give a
quick stir, and add cherries. |

Mojito Diablo |
1 1/2 oz white tequila
1/2 oz creme de cassis
2 lime wedges
12 fresh mint leaves
3 - 6 oz 7-Up soda
1 tbsp brown sugar

Muddle sugar, mint and squeezed lime wedges in mixing tin until mixture smells
like spearmint gum. Fill with ice, add tequila and cassis, shake until the tin
is icey to the touch. Pour into a collins glass, top with 7-up and garnish
with a sugarcane stick and fresh mint. |
